Practice Fee is paid using MSR, any Membership Fees are paid using PayPal.

Unsure if BEAC Membership is current, e-mail: membership@beac-online.org .

1) Open provided BEAC Membership Form and fill-out needed personal inputs.

2) Print-out copy of filled-out Membership Form and sign your name on page 2.

3) Scan and e-mail signed Membership Form to: membership@beac-online.org .

4) Go to payment link for BEAC’s PayPal Account: https://www.paypal.me/BEAConline .

5) Make a payment to BEAC’s PayPal: Family at $20/yr -OR- Individual at $15/yr.

6) Return signed Membership Form: place in “Drop Box” at event or by US Mail.

Now for some information about the practice.

A) We are still ironing out the details about how the event will run differently than normal to keep everyone safe.
B) Pre-registration and payment is required. We will not be accepting payment at the site at this event.
C) We now have a link to pre-register for the event at Motorsport reg. msreg.com/BEAC06June2020
D) You must bring your own helmet. There are no loaner helmets available. If purchasing a helmet, make sure you buy a Snell M or SA 2010 or newer rated helmet. (Newer Snell ratings will be valid longer and that as 2020 spec helmets come out we will be removing 2005 as a valid rating.)
E) Pre-registration and payment is required.
F) There are no BEAC bucks accepted for this event.
G) You must bring your own hand sanitizer and your own face mask/face covering.
H) You must agree to follow social distancing guidelines.
I) If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 you will stay home.
J) No in-car instruction is available

Are the arrival and start times for the morning and afternoon sessions posted somewhere? Sorry if I missed that information, but I've checked on this site and the Motorsport reg site and can't seem to find it.
